How much is shipping for your Herbal Incense products?
We offer free USPS shipping on all herbal incense orders. Free tracking for USA orders also.
Do you ship to Everywhere in the Nation and worldwide?
Yes we ship to all 50 states including APO,FOB, Canada and Everywhere In the world.
How long until I get my order?
Shipping times vary based on your USA location. All orders are usually shipped within 1-2 business days of receipt of payment. However, in rare cases, due to post office delays, it can take longer. All shipments are shipped USPS First Class Mail most of our clients receive their package in less than a week. We ship Monday through Fridays excluding legal Holidays. International & Canadian orders vary between 10-21 business days (depending on your country and customs).
Are your products shipped in discrete packaging?
Yes. Our packages are either manila bubble envelopes or cardboard boxes. Both are discreet and without any company logos or indication of the product on the outside of the packaging. Also no company name, just a PO Box return address.
What sort of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and debit/atm cards. We only accept credit cards for the USA and Canada, all others can send money orders.
Is your site secure for shopping?
Yes, secure with a High Grade 256 Encryption. All transactions are secure, private, and tamper-proof. Typically SSL is used to secure credit card transactions, data transfer, logins and more recently is becoming the norm when securing browsing of social media sites.
Can I place an order with a Visa gift card or some other prepaid card? Yes, you can place orders with prepaid cards as long as there is a billing address associated with that card.
Something has come up and I need a refund. How do I do this?
Easy! If we have not sent the product to you yet, just email us and we will refund you the full amount the very same day! Refunds are usually added back into your account within 2-3 days depending on your bank. Just email us directly and we will be happy to help you out! We know the unexpected happens and we will gladly give you a full refund no questions asked as long as the herbal incense product is un-delivered, un-used and un-opened.
What is the best way to store herbal incense blends?
It is best to store herbal incense in a cool, dry, dark, air-tight container. They do come in an air-tight container.
Are your products legal in my state?
All of our products comply with all 50 state laws. They are all natural 100% organic products that contain NO chemicals or additives.
My credit card keeps getting declined but I have money on it.
Your billing address for your credit card may not be different from your shipping address. We only ship to the credit card billing address to prevent fraud. If you wish to ship it to a different address, call you credit card company by phone and add an alternate shipping address to your account. Please keep in mind that your billing information and 3 digit code on the back of your card must be exactly correct for the order to go through. Many credit card processors have increased the level of address matching that must take place in order for an order to process successfully. Things such as abbreviations and characters should match what your bank/credit card processor has on file for you.
